Clients often feel cleansed, calm and aligned right after a session, with greater clarity and a deeper, healthier connection with their emotions.
Energy Healing is also wonderful for clearing away energies that are not yours - especially helpful for empaths and HSPs (Highly Sensitive People)! If you feel you might be absorbing unnecessary energies from your environment or from others, a session would strengthen your boundaries and ground you in your own authentic center.

Energy Healing can also ease physical ailments and speed up bodily recovery.
Clients have reported immediate relief from headaches, stomachaches, nasal passage blockages and joint stiffness, as well as improved sleep including cleared nightmares.

Each session harmonizes your energy field and infuses your being and subconscious with more inner peace, centeredness, and lightness, which then seeps into your everyday (conscious) actions and decisions. It can alleviate much fear and anxiety, and also helps with processing any grief that the body wants to release.
