Hey fellow human,

I'm happy you landed here.

I am an intuitive channeller, energy healer, certified yoga instructor and multi-passionate creative in the performing arts, devoted to being a conduit of authentic love and awareness.

While my previous work and passions were mainly in the climate action field, over time I had an epiphany - mainly through Indigenous teachings - that if we were to all heal our own wounds or any trace of self-loathing or unworthiness, developed from childhood or even from past lives, we would naturally cease to harm others and Mother Earth. For we are all interconnected like trees are through their root network under a forest floor. This led to a calling for me to serve through 1-on-1 healing work. As we heal ourselves there is a ripple effect and we heal others in the human collective. As within, so without.

My goal is to help you meet both your shadows with gentle compassion - so that they can be integrated into your Core Essence - as well as your spirit guides with an open heart.
Here is a place where we dissolve limiting beliefs, that hold us back from realizing and owning our true power as co-creators with the Universe. As our deep beliefs change, so does the way we breathe and  manifest our reality, into consciously living a life that is heart-centered and enrapturing, past the fears that hold us back. Above all, I help you expand and radiate your innermost authentic self, which I believe is your most precious gift to the world.
